I had never taken music lessons (before) of any kind. I just turned 53 years of age and all I (previously) knew was there was a note somewhere called 'middle C'. At my last session I played 5 songs for Carla! My wife who is a musician says this is 'remarkable' and 'amazing'!

I’ve been wanting to email you ever since I started your Chord Power System piano course, but frankly, I’ve been hard pressed to find the words to express my appreciation.

Your invention of The Shape® is the absolutely brilliant basis for the remarkably fast and easy progress that can be made relatively little practice time. After only one month, I was able to play the easy accompaniment version of one of my favourite opera arias while I sang the melodic line. I could play all the chords and the left hand notes by memory!! Two weeks later, at a neighbor’s Christmas party, I was able to accompany myself for 13 Christmas songs including favourites like White Christmas, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and O Holy Night. This after never being able to anything on the piano but pick up the melody line very painfully.

The initial emphasis of playing the piano pieces right away was followed by many “aha” moments as the theory almost revealed itself in the course of the six booklets and CDs. After five months, you can now ask me to be able to play a C# Minor 7th chord in the second inversion and I will be able to play it without EVER struggling over difficult and boring music theory books!!

I truly believe that your course should be as widely available as possible to bring the joy of music to anyone who has a keyboard and a desire to learn with a fun and immediately rewarding system. If it were to replace traditional methods for children, I’m sure there would be a lot less frustrated moms and kids enjoying the many benefits of a musical education.

I had been searching for a course to learn to play piano for years. I tried a couple teachers who followed the Canadian Conservatory method but I quickly gave these up, because after about 6 months with each of them I found I was really not learning how to play, I was learning how to memorize songs!

I needed to learn how to play chords and to put chords together, but after asking various people who played piano, none were able to give me a satisfactory answer, or to direct me to a suitable teacher. Besides, the thought of memorizing a multitude of chords were insurmountable and this still would not help me figure out the easiest fingering while moving from chord to chord, and integrating individual notes of the melody as I’d seen players do.

Then I found your advertisement for “The Amazing Chord Power System.” I’m glad I did. This system is for today and must be the most advanced and effective method there is. It is truly amazing. It has exceeded my expectations! The songs used to teach the strategies are engaging and now I can actually play using chords and melody notes! I had a Boxing Day gathering and the choir director from my church asked to hear what I had learned on the piano so far. When I started to play she was immediately intrigued and wanted to hear more. Although I like music, I did not think I could play without dedicating years to endless practice. Being void of any musical talent I was not sure of taking lessons at my age. In all my 35+ years of teaching and performing piano, until today, I have not seen a more inclusive & successfully laid out approach to learning the keyboard.
