Payment is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian Workshops and US Dollars (USD) for US Workshops.
Workshop tickets are only sold to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. This is the address that Visa or Mastercard has on file for you. If the name & address you give us do not match, we do not sell.
You will receive an email confirmation of received payment. We will have an attendance list at the door to the workshop and will ask you to sign in upon arrival.
If you purchase a ticket to our Workshop, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide accurate contact information (such as name, email, telephone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to process your ticket. If we have trouble processing a ticket, we will use this information to contact you.
